Currently we calculate shipping costs by checkout price. So far we have found this accurate than calculating by weight. The prints cost much more to send than the cards despite being similar weight as parcel dimensions become a factor.
We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, please note that we are a small family business. *If we are at a show, or you have ordered a mounted (matted) or framed print it may take a little while longer but we think our artwork is worth the short wait and hope that you agree!
Care instructions for opening and handling loose prints will be included on the outside of your package,
so please read these before opening the print packaging.
Loose prints are:
rolled into a strong cardboard tube;
sent by Royal Mail;
usually dispatched within two working days*.
Mounted (matted) Prints are not held as stock, so will be mounted to order. This may take a few days*. We will endeavour to dispatch mounted prints within five working days. Mounted prints will be boxed and sent flat by Royal Mail or other postal service. For prices, options and shipping quotes on mounted prints, please contact us through the form on the contact page.
Framed artwork can only be shipped by Art Courierwhich is subject to quote, at which time a delivery time
will also be advised. For prices, options and shipping quotes on framed prints, please contact us using the

All cards are sent by Royal Mail (First Class). All card orders will be sent within two working days.
Please note that delivery may take extra time at Christmas and other seasonally busy postal times.
How long will my order take (UK)?
UK Standard delivery is sent Royal Mail 1st class (2-5 days from dispatch).
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of being received. We dispatch orders on weekdays only. If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.
*Please note that orders placed in the run up to Christmas and at other seasonal high volume postage times may take longer than stated delivery times.
Delivered when I wasn’t home (UK)?
Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address.
We use Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, ParcelForce for packages over 60cm in length or in special cases one of our trusted couriers. Please note this is not a trackable service.
Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.
Deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.
